88z88 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "88z88", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the 88z88 platform, operating the website at 88z88.net under an internationally recognised gaming license.
• "Platform" — refers to the 88z88 website (88z88.net), all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software or applications provided by 88z88.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the 88z88 Platform or uses any of the services offered therein.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account opened by a Player on the 88z88 Platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" — refers to the total amount of real money and/or bonus funds held in a Player's 88z88 Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Services" — refers to all betting, gaming, casino, promotional, and support services made available through the 88z88 Platform.
• "Agreement" — refers to these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplemental rules applicable to specific games or promotions.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory in which access to or use of the 88z88 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 88z88 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 88z88 Platform and close your Account if one has been opened.

This Agreement constitutes the entire legal relationship between you and 88z88 with respect to your use of the Platform. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 88z88 relating to the subject matter herein.

To access the full range of 88z88 Services, you must register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

The following conditions apply to all 88z88 Account registrations:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) 88z88 Account. The creation of duplicate accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accounts may not be opened or used on behalf of a third party. You must be the registered holder of any payment method used to deposit funds into your 88z88 Account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.
• You must notify 88z88 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• 88z88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any registration information provided, including government-issued identity documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

By creating an 88z88 Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 88z88 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point, including at the registration stage, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any other time at 88z88's sole discretion.

If 88z88 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended pending verification. If age verification confirms that the Player is under 21, the Account will be permanently closed, all bets placed will be voided, all winnings will be forfeited, and only the original deposit amount may be considered for return, subject to applicable anti-fraud checks.

Parents and guardians are reminded of their responsibility to prevent minors from accessing gambling services. 88z88 recommends the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites. 88z88 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in PKR. 88z88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of 88z88.

Deposit Conditions:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the 88z88 deposit page and may vary by payment method. These minimums are subject to change without prior notice.
• 88z88 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits that it considers unusual in size or frequency.
• Deposits made from payment methods that do not belong to the Account holder will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Identity verification documentation must be provided and approved before the first withdrawal from any 88z88 Account is processed.
• 88z88 targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for mobile wallet cashouts (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 working days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real money balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• 88z88 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per week, as specified in the Account settings or communicated to the Player.

All bets placed through the 88z88 sportsbook are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are displayed on the relevant betting page and supplement these general rules.

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 88z88 system. A confirmation screen and bet reference number will be displayed upon successful placement. Bets shown as "pending" have not yet been confirmed and are not binding on 88z88.
• 88z88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a system error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In-play (live) betting markets operate in real time and may be suspended at any point without notice. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted.
• 88z88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet, market, or event at its sole discretion. Stake limits may vary by Player, event, or market type.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international cricket fixtures, are subject to standard cricket betting rules regarding minimum overs completion, match abandonment, and Duckworth-Lewis adjustments as detailed in the cricket-specific rules available on the platform.
• 88z88 reserves the right to withhold payment and conduct further investigation where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match-fixing involvement, or any other form of fraudulent wagering activity.

The 88z88 Casino offers live dealer games and slot titles provided by internationally accredited third-party game suppliers. All casino games available on the 88z88 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealing procedures, as applicable. RNG certification is conducted by accredited independent testing laboratories in accordance with the requirements of 88z88's international gaming license.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by RNG technology or live dealer procedures and are not influenced by any action taken by 88z88 or its employees.
• Each game's specific rules, paytable, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and minimum/maximum stake limits are displayed within the game interface or on the 88z88 Casino page.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session, any affected bets will be settled in accordance with the game supplier's technical failure policy. Where resolution is not possible, affected stakes will be returned to the Player's Balance.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealing round has concluded and the outcome has been confirmed on screen. No claims regarding live game results will be entertained after the round has settled.
• 88z88 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from the Player's failure to understand game rules, paytables, or wagering requirements before commencing play.

88z88 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below. Where a conflict exists between general bonus conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or a combination of real money and bonus funds, as specified) before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and virtual sports may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• 88z88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a Player's participation in a promotion, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Player has abused any bonus or promotional offer. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, multi-accounting, exploitation of software errors, and placing qualifying bets without genuine gaming intent.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless otherwise specified. Promotional offers are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88z88 Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where required, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the 88z88 Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the Account verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit any feature of the 88z88 Services.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through 88z88.
• Money laundering, or using the 88z88 Platform for any purpose connected with criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format available on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a technical error are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation, or attempting to compromise the security of the 88z88 Platform in any way.

All content on the 88z88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("88z88 Content"), is owned by or licensed to 88z88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88z88 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any 88z88 Content without prior written consent from 88z88.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 88z88 Content.
• Use any 88z88 Content for commercial purposes or in any manner that could damage the reputation or standing of 88z88.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice contained in or on any 88z88 Content.

The 88z88 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 88z88. Unauthorised use of any 88z88 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88z88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, regardless of whether 88z88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88z88 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 88z88's control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Services.
• The Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own device.
• Information displayed on the Platform, including odds, scores, and event data, is always accurate and up to date. 88z88 relies on third-party data providers and cannot guarantee the accuracy of real-time data at all times.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit 88z88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

88z88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe betting environment for all Players. 88z88 recognises that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides a range of tools and resources to help Players manage their gambling activity responsibly.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via the Account settings. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for their playing sessions. Upon reaching the session limit, the Player will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, access to all betting and casino services will be restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gambling may request permanent or extended self-exclusion from the 88z88 Platform. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to the 88z88 support team and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

88z88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has violated any provision of this Agreement.
• 88z88 has reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used for fraudulent purposes or in connection with criminal activity.
• The Player has failed to satisfy identity verification requirements within the timeframe requested by 88z88.
• 88z88 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or instructions from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• The Player has requested Account closure.

Upon closure of a Player Account, any real money balance remaining will be returned to the Player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless specific promotional terms state otherwise.

88z88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, 88z88 will provide reasonable notice to existing Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the 88z88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

It is your responsibility to review the current version of this Agreement periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document and in the hero section of this page.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88z88 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 88z88's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

88z88 provides a formal complaints procedure for Players who wish to escalate an unresolved dispute. Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 88z88 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full written response within 14 working days of receipt.
